4-6 chicken breast halves
4-6 slices thin ham
4-6 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put skinless chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound thin. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast and roll up; secure with toothpicks. Combine breadcrumbs with grated parmesan cheese. Dip chicken rolls in beaten egg and roll in seasoned breadcrumbs to coat, brown in a small amount of oil. Transfer to a baking pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Note: these can be made ahead and then baked the day you need them.
