1# navy beans-soak over night, dicard water.Or use canned navy beans
6c. chicken broth
4c. cooked and cubed chicken breast
1 chicken boullion cube'
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano leaves
1 tsp cayene pepper
2 med onions chopped
1 can 12 oz. chopped Ortega chillis
Add this later
3 cups of cheese
2 cups sour cream or butter milk

Combine all ingredients, except the chicken and cheese and buttter milk or sour cream, simmer for 3 hours, then add chicken breast, 2 cups sour cream or buttermilk, 3 cups of chedder, Jack or Farmers cheese...Garnish with tomatoes

Nice change from regular chilli.. Of course, I do ad lib alot, if you want it a bit thicker, use instant potatos ..a bit at a time!!
