4 chicken breasts (skinless)
1 16oz. pkg. dry cornbread mix
1(1lb.) loaf of day old bread,torn into small pieces
4 tbsp. marg.
1/2 c. chopped onions & 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (10.3/4) oz. cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder & 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in pot of water 1 hour.
Shred chicken,set aside. Keep 4-6 c. of broth.
Cook 8"x8" pan of cornbread,crumble in large bowl,
mix in with bread.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt margarine, then stir in onion & celery, cook till tender.
Mix all in large bowl, blend w/potato masher until it is consistency of gelatin.
Transfer to 9"x13" pan
Bake 30 min.or till brown
