4 bread slices
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano, crushed
Pepper
2 Tbs oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread slices in water for 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Mix with ground beef, parmesan, parsley, salt, oregano, and a dash of pepper. With wet hands form meat mixture into small balls (~24). Brown slowly in hot oil. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer loosely covered.
