Ingredients:

1/2 C.(scant) Elbow Macaroni Salt & Pepper
cook and drain Sweet Basil
1 lb. Ground Chuck, or little less Ground Bay Leaves
1 lrg. Onion chopped Garlic powder
1 lb. can Tomatoes Chili powder

(My mom threw these ingredients together, so put in as much or little)

Directions:

Cook the meat and onion together lightly in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until onion is tender (about 10 minutes).

Good served with grated Parmesan.

Number Of Servings:

2-4
