Ingredients:

matzoh
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
chocolate chips

Directions:

On a cookie sheet, spread 2 pieces of matzoh and fill in with broken matzah. Sprinkle with nuts. (pecans suggested) In a sauce pan, boil butter with brown sugar. Heat until thick and bubbly. Remove and add 1 t. vanilla. Drizzle over matzah and bake 10 - 15 minutes at 350º. Edges should be browned. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips over matzah immediately after removing from oven. Flatten chocolate out with a knife. Refrigerate.
