Ingredients:

9 inch frozen pie crust
1-c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped ham
1 c. frozen spinach
5 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. diced garlic
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Cover bottom of pie crust with shredded cheese, then spread chopped ham on top of cheese, then spread frozen spinach on top of ham. Combine the eggs, half and half, diced garlic and pepper in a bowl and mix together. Pour mixture evenly into pie crust over the cheese, ham and spinach. Cook in oven at 375º for 20 to 30 minutes, until pie crust browns.
