Ingredients:
3 T. butter, melted 3 T. all-purpose flour 1 garlic clove, pressed 1 cup milk 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese 8 oz. deli ham, diced 1/2 tsp. black pepper 16 oz. frozen cheese-filled tortellini 6 oz spinach leaves
Directions:
Combine butter and flour in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add pressed garlic and milk to butter mixture; whisk well. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 3-4 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds. Add cheese and mix well. Add ham and black pepper and mix well. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Add cheese mixture and stir thoroughly. Add spinach and stir.
