Ingredients:

1 oz. butter
1 oz. flour
2 oz. course ground mustard(Grey Poupon works best)
3 pints vegetable broth
5 oz. heavy cream
salt
fresh ground pepper
nutmeg to taste

Directions:

Melt butter in pot
Add flour and whisk lightly till blended
Stir in mustard, veggie broth and cream
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg
Cover and simmer for about an hour

Number Of Servings:

4

Preparation Time:

10 mins. plus simmer time

Personal Notes:

It sounds weird but it is surprisingly delicious!
