1 oz. butter 1 oz. flour 2 oz. course ground mustard(Grey Poupon works best) 3 pints vegetable broth 5 oz. heavy cream salt fresh ground pepper nutmeg to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in pot Add flour and whisk lightly till blended Stir in mustard, veggie broth and cream Add salt, pepper and nutmeg Cover and simmer for about an hour
