Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Soften Butter
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Ripe Bananas

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.

Mix with a hand mixer butter, eggs and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the bread,

Personal Notes:

I make this all the time. It is easy, quick and yummy! This is a recipe handed down from Nana, Sam's great grandmother, grandma's mother.
