Ingredients:

1 lb. sausage, crumbled
1 cup quick grits
4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine
6 oz. roll garlic cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Paprika

Directions:

Fry and drain sausage. Add grits and salt to boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Add margarine and cheese to cooked grits. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add eggs, milk and sausage. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350º for 30 - 45 minutes.

Personal Notes:

Can be frozen.
