6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can mushrooms
3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 can chicken broth
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips, soak in beaten egg for at least five hours. bread chicken and brown in oil, drain and place in a casserole dish. Add broth, sprinkle mushrooms over top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. This is great with rice
