Ingredients:  
1 c. corn syrup, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 Tbl. butter, 1/4 tsp.soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil corn syrup, sugar, and cream of tartar to a soft boil stage. Then add butter and soda. Pour over already popped popcorn ( a big bowl full) Add food coloring. Cool and shape into balls.Put butter on your hands so they aren't so sticky.

My grangma always made the best and never knew why. Then she told me, it's because she adds molasses.
