1 C. corn meal plain
1 C. buttermilk
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients. Beat eggs thoroughly , stir into mixture. Pour in one cup boiling water, mix well, pour into hot black skillet with 2 TBS grease. Bake at 400 until set and brown.
