SPINACH SALAD:
1 lb Spinach 1 can Water Chestnuts, drain & slice
1 sml. Onion, chopped 6-8 slices Crisp Bacon, crumbled
2 hard-boiled Eggs Combine all - add eggs last
1 can Bean Sprouts, drained

DRESSING:
1/2 C. Oil 1/4 C. Vinegar
1/2 C. Sugar 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. Catsup 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Prepared Mustard (opt.) Heat until sugar melts, cool, blend in
blender or with whisk.
