1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. coffee

Mix ingredients in that order in bowl. Bake in greased pan at 350 for 30 min.

As I sit and create this cookbook for my grandmother Margaret Rost, there have been some difficult recipes. This one even a man could do. I have to try it this evening. I'll let you know how it turned out.
