4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 2 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 tsp. cinnamon, 4 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. vanilla, 5-6 sliced apples, 1 c. chopped walnuts (any nut will do)

Beat 4 eggs. Gradually add sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla. Fold in the apples and the nuts. Pour into 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle the top with 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
