1 - 18.5 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 - 3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 3/4 c. water, 1 lb. box podered sugar, 2/3 c. lemon juice, 2 Tbl. melted butter, 2 Tbl. cold water

Combine lemon cake mix with pudding eggs, oil, and water. Mix well 2-3 min. in mixer. Turn into an ungreased 9x13 pan or tube pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Seperatly combine sugar, lemon juice, butter, and water, and beat until smooth. While warm, pierce surface of cake with fork and pour icing over top evenly.
