2 boxes frozen cut up broccoli
1/4 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled (4 crackers)
1/2 stick butter, melted
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salted water according to instructions on the box. Drain well and add Velveeta cheese, that has been cut into small cubes. The heat of the just cooked broccoli should melt the cheese.

Place in a quart buttered casserole. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; spread on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

This recipe can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until you are ready to bake.
