1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1/4 cup salad oil, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 sp. salt, 2 c. siftd flour, 3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven at 400. Grease 12 muffin cups. Beat slightly with fork 1 egg, stir in milk and salad oil. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into milk mixture until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy). Do not over mix. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 20 -25 min. or until golden brown

These muffins go great with swiss steak. I think they would be awesome with bisquits and gravy.
