Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 stick of butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of dry mustard
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small pan- do not let it brown
Combine all other ingredients in blender.
Turn on the blender and drizzle in the butter.
The sauce will thicken.
