1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 heaping Tbls. Dijon or Creole mustard
1 Tblsp. capers(leave out if serving with crab cakes, good with salmon patties)
1 Tbls. prepared horseradish
1 Tblsp. hot sauce
1 Tblsp. ketchup

Stir together all ingredients, chill for at least one hour.
