2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. white flour, 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 3/4 c. milk, 2 Tbl. hoey, 3/4 c. water,2 Tbl. oil, 2 tsp. salt, 1 egg

Directions:
Measure 1 3/4 c. flour into large mixer bowl. Add yeast, blend. Measure milk, water and honey into pan, heat until warm (120-130). Pour into flour, yeast mixture. Beat at low speed 1 min. Scrping bowl constantly, add eggs and oil. Beat 3 more min. at high speed. Add whole wheat flour, then more white flour to form a slightly stiff dough. Knead 5 - 10 min. until smooth. Cover dough, let rest 20 min. Shape into loaves, let rise until double in bulk. Bake 35-45 min. at 375 oven
