8 c. flour, Dissolve 2 cakes yeast in 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs 1 c. milk, 4 tsp.salt, 1/4 c. melted shortening

Directions:
Directions:
scald milk, add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved, add yeast. Stir in 5 c. flour, add the beaten eggs and melted shortening. Add the remaining flour or enough to make a soft dough. Let rise until double, form into rolls, let rise and bake.
