5 large carrots

juice of lemon

2 large apples

sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:


Grate the carrots as finely as possible.
Grate the apples and add to the carrots.
Toss with lemon juice and add sugar to taste.
Serve as a salad or as an accompaniment to another dish.

Serves 6 to 8.
