2 c. milk
3-4 eggs
5 slices white bread; crust removed
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 qt. oysters
2 Tbsp. butter salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & milk together. Dice bread & mix all ingredients well. Place in a 3 qt. casserole dish. Generously dot with butter. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
