2 pkg yeast, 2 c. luke warm water, 2 c. scalded milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 tsp. salt,1 stick margarine, 2 c. flour, 2 slightly beaten eggs,

Directions:
Directions:
Do all this in order:
1: Combine 2 pkg of yeast with 2 c. luke warm water
2: scald 2 c. milk
3: add 3/4 c. sugar, 4 tsp. salt, 1 stick of margarine
4: Cool to luke warm
5:add and mix well 2 c. flour
6: Add yeast mixture and 2 slightly beaten eggs
7: Add enough additional flour to make a soft dough (about 8 cups)
8:Turn out onto board and knead until smooth
9: Place in greased bowl, let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
10:Shape into rolls and place on greased pans ( makes about 5 doz.)
11:Let rise in warm place until doubled in size12:Bake about 20 min. in a preheated oven at 425.
