5 lb. Sirloin Tip Roast 1- 8 oz Italian Dressing 1-TBSP. Worcestershire sauce 2 -Cloves Garlic 2-beef bouillon cubes 1-jar Pepperioncine (tall jar with juice)
Trim fat off roast and cut into 5 equal pieces. Place roast in crock-pot; add other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Just before serving, tear with fork. Serve with sandwich buns and Swiss cheese.
