2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 c. catsup (Heinz GF)
1/2 c. BBQ sauce (Cattlemen's GF)
1 T. mustard (French's GF)
2 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add catsup, BBQ sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and salt. Simmer about 10 minutes.
