3 c hash brown shredded potatoes
1 c or finer soda cracker crumbs
1 c or more of diced fish
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c finely chopped onion
Optional: 1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand (like meatloaf), and form into patties. In large skillet, add approx. 1/2 inch cooking oil and heat. Slide patties into pan with a spatula. Brown well on both sides. Turn down the heat to very low and put a lid and steam patties until a fork shows they are done.
