4 cups of ketchup
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
4 tablespoons of worstishire sauce
1 bag of frozen meatballs (italian style) or very small fresh made meat balls (1 lb very lean ground beef; 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs; 1 egg; 1/3 cup tomato sauce.

For fresh made meat balls; break up chopped beef-add additional ingredients and make into ver small meatballs. Either brown in fry pan until almost cooked or put in 375% over until browned (15-20 min. Combine all the ingredients in a crock pot and cook! couldnt be easier. We usually start this in the morning and just keep on low and it is ready by the time we need it. But the average cook time is 4 hrs.
