6-8 Slices Braciole Meat (beef)
olive oil
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
Minced dried onion
garlic powder
3 cans Tutta Rosa Crushed tomatos
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Bay leaves
ground pepper
3 Basil leaves

Saute oil with onion and garlic, add braciole and brown on all sides. Drain through a colander and remove oil. Return to pot, add sauce, water, salt, sugar, basil, bay leaves, minced onion, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. As soon as it bubbles reduce heat to a simmer. Cover but not completely, stir occasionally and cook for 2 hours.
Drain excess surface oil and serve with pasta.
