2 10-oz packages frozen broccdoli
3 eggs
11 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
3 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp fiely chopped onion
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13 baling pan with cooking spray.
Microwave or steam broccoli until slightly cooked, drain well. Transfer to processor or blender, and chop finely, using on-off pulses.
Beat eggs well in large bowl, add mil, salt, pepper and baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Add cheese and onion. spoon into prepared dish, and bake until set, about 30-35 min. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
