1-pound Halibut cut into 1-inch pieces Flour and corn tortillas Cole slaw Johnny seasoning salt
Season flour with Johnny seasoning; whip egg; Dredge fish in flour and then egg, and flour again. Deep fry or pan fry in olive oil, about 3 minutes or till done. Warm tortillas (I lightly sauté my tortilla in butter) Line tortilla with fish and top with Cole slaw.
