Cut up chicken
1/2 bag little carrots
2 parsnips peeled and chopped
2 large onions quartered
4 ribs of celery chopped
2 tbs salt
4 boxes chicken broth
1 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large baking pan, put washed and dried chicken, and vegetables into 350 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour. Drain chicken & vegetables and put in stock pot. Add salt and pepper and chicken broth in to stock pot. Cook for 2 hrs. Remove chicken & vegtables and let cool over night. Skim fat off top.
