2 1/2 lb cubed, peeled sweet potatoes
1/2 c half-n-half
3 tbsp butter (softened)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 7 oz can of chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp cinnamon (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till tender. Drain and return to pan. Add cream, butter, and lime juice. Mash to desired consistency. Chop 2 chipotle chilies from can (freeze rest for future use). Stir in chilies, sugar, salt, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
