6 eggs
teaspoon of salt
6-12 ounces of semi-sweet choch chips
1 cup of chopped walnuts
pound of margarine
2 cups matzah cake meal
cups potato starch
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoon of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift potato starch, salt and cake meal together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar and mix until soft. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing all the time.
Fold in dry mixture (starch, salt and cake meal), nuts and chips

Grease foil with margarine and put on cookie sheet
2 loaves 12 inches by 2 inches. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Does not rise just hardens turns a light brown. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top after take out of oven. Let cool. While still warm slice down the middle, then diagonally slice in inch slices
