1 box chopped spinach - thawed
4 boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to a wooden bowl and chop eggs until they are coarsly chopped. Squeeze all of the water out of the chopped spinach and add to bowl. Add mayonaise, salt and pepper to bowl and mix with fork until blended. Chill until mixture is cold. Make sandwich
