Ingredients:
1 can red kidney beans drained
1 can shredded cheddar cheese
10 oz pkg. Doritos corn chips
1 large head of lettuce
c chopped onion

Directions:
Chop lettuce and tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Put everything in separate bowls and let everyone make it to suit their own taste. It seems the salt in the Doritos Chips makes the lettuce soggy and wilted. This way it will keep for a late snack. This can be topped with sliced black olives, green onions and salsa of your choice.
