2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups creamed corn
1 cup cornmeal (I use yellow)
1 Tablespoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in large bowl..Mix
2. Add remaining ingredients - mix well
3. Pour into a greased 8 x 6 baking pan (iron skillet if you have it)
4. Bake in a preheated 400 oven for 35 minutes.
