2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 bar Bakers
German Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,sugar,soda,baking powder,and salt. Stir in softened butter. Add flour mixture, buttermilk,eggs, and melted chocolate and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into round baking pans. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.

Chocolate Pecan Frosting
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks ( slightly beaten)
I use the recipe from the chocolate wrapper
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups coconut
2 cups pecans
On low heat --add first 5 ingredients to a boil let thicken --takes about 10 minutes. remove from heat and add pecans and coconut
