1 stick butter ( cut in chunks) 1 can creamed corn
1 can corn -drained
1 8 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
8 oz or 1 cup of sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well .
Place in 13 x 9 pan glass baking dish . Bake 350º
for 45 min .
