8 oz. capellini or thin spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
½. C. cottage cheese,
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti – set aside. Brown beef and drain. Add
spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix with electric mixer cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onion until smooth. In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 dish, layer half of the pasta, cheese mixture, then remaining pasta. Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (I used mozzarella!). Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degreesº.
