1 (3 lb) chuck roast
1 (10.5) can beef consommé
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook 10 to 20 hours on low or 6 to 8 hours on high until meat shreds easily with a fork. Use in burritos, soft tacos, enchiladas, taco salad, etc.
