1 lb baby beef or calf liver
flour, salt and pepper
1 c chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms
tsp garlic salt
1/3 c burgundy wine
c bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Season liver, and dredge in flour, brown gently on both sides in vegetable oil or butter. Make sauce by blending together the flour, salt and pepper, chopped onion and mushrooms, garlic salt and burgundy wine, this makes gravy. It may need more water. Place liver in a baking pan pour gravy over top of liver and bake for about 25 minutes. Then sprinkle bacon bits on top and serve.
