4 boneless Chicken Breasts
Taco Seasoning
Jar salsa your choice, mild, medium, or hot
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning, spoon on salsa a couple tablespoons on each piece, and bake. In the last few minutes, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with Spanish rice, a green side salad, and cornbread. Sour cream makes a nice condiment. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
