11/2 c water or chicken broth
1 c salsa
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c un-cooked instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat bring water, salsa and bouillon to a boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 68 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
