butter the casserole dish
4 med.Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion chopped and then layer in the pan with margarine slices , salt, and pepper

sauce= 1 cup warm milk, thicken like gravy with 1/4 cup water and 2 T. flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in the dish the potatoes, onion, salt, peper, margarine slices.
(use all the milk and water mixture to cover the potatoes.)
Cook 350 for 1 1/2 hours with the cover off.
