1 lb. ground beef
or ground turkey
1/4 c dry vegetable soup
1 c breadcrumbs
1/2 c tomato juice
or vegetable juice
1 tsp oregano
Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 8 muffin cups with cooking spray. Mound the meat loaf mixture up in the prepared cups; smoothing the tops. Bake until the center of meat loaf is no longer pink. Baking time 30 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
