2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb. each)
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
5 cloves garlic, halved
2 T. brown sugar
3 T. honey
2 tsp. dark sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from meat. Butterfly tenderloins by making lengthwise cut in each, cutting to within 1/4 inch of the other side. Place in a shallow container. Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic; pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerator at least three hours. Remove meat from marinade and DISCARD MARINADE! Combine brown sugar, honey and oil in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves.
Place meat on grill and brush with honey mixture. Cook 20 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with honey mixture.
